Introducing Smart Pricing.  

At Park Chelsea, we believe in building a true community of residents who love calling this place home.  Our residents should feel free to stay as long as they like and live without life-altering surprises.  While we can’t control all that life throws our way, we can guarantee you this: upon renewal, your rent will increase no more than 5%.  That’s an absolute MAX.

What does this mean?

You can go ahead and budget for this year and next year (wow, you’re on top of things!) with no worries and no stress.

The length of your lease will not be stretched beyond 12 months unless you’re into commitment, in which case we also offer 18-month leases.  Heck, you can even sign for as short as 6 months, but let’s be honest: we’re going to treat you so good, you’ll never want to leave!

This promise is ours to keep.  These terms are built into your lease, so you can take that promise to the bank along with your hefty savings.

So why are we doing this?

No, we haven’t gone crazy.  We are renters too.  We know how frustrating it can be to live in uncertainty.  We want you to know that we are committed to making your stay with us something special!

  1. This is all nice and good but do you folks have an opening day set yet? Or even a day I can come down to speak to someone about the building?

        1. April 1 is the earliest we are accepting move-ins at this time but, with your permission, I will gladly share your email address with leasing consultant Connor who can keep you in the loop as we approach time to set up showings or if any dates shift before then.

          1. Please do. I’ve called the leasing office and left numerous voicemails and emailed and never heard anything back.

  2. When will the leasing office be open to discuss specifics on lease terms, move-in specials, etc.? I tried calling the main number, but received a recording.

    I’ve also signed up for e-mail updates, but haven’t heard any developments for about two months now.

    1. Hi JT, the leasing office and 2 model units will open February 8 for viewing; we are putting together an email update with these dates that will go out shortly. Could you please share which phone number you dialed and where you found the number? We are in the process of transitioning calls out of the corporate office and into the leasing office and want to make sure we don’t miss any places where phone number might need updating. Thank you!

  3. I’m looking to move in March, but would be willing to wait another month if PC was a good fit. Could you provide me more information on the pricing and/or specials that will be offered for a 2 BR 2 BA?
