Summer is just around the corner, and we’re thrilled to announce that the rooftop pools at Agora and Park Chelsea are officially open for the 2025 season! As we gear up for another exciting pool season, we want to make sure everyone can enjoy a safe, relaxing, and memorable experience. Below are the essential rules and guidelines to help you make the most of your time at the pool.
Pool & Spa Access

Operating Hours: The pool areas will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Please note that The Garrett spas will close at 10:00 PM.

Sign-In Requirement: Upon arriving at the rooftop, all residents and guests are required to sign in. This helps ensure that pool access is reserved exclusively for our residents and their guests.

Wristbands:

Residents must wear wristbands at all times in the Pool/Spa areas.

Wristbands will be available for pickup from the building’s Front Desk starting on Friday, May 23 at 3:00 PM.

Each leaseholder will receive one wristband for the season and must collect it in person. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.

Guest & Visitor Policy

Guest Limit: Each apartment is allowed a maximum of two guests in the indoor/outdoor common areas.

Guest Wristbands:

Guests must pick up a daily wristband from the front desk of the resident’s own building (not the building of the pool they’re using). For example, if you’re a Garrett resident planning to use the Agora pool, you’ll need to get guest bands from the Garrett front desk.

Residents must accompany their guests when picking up guest wristbands and remain with them while using amenity spaces. Residents are fully responsible for their guests’ behavior.

Pool & Spa Reminders

Wristbands: Both residents and guests must wear wristbands at all times in the pool or pool area.

Food & Drink: Food is not permitted in the pool, and glass containers are strictly prohibited near the pool areas. Beverages must be in plastic or shatterproof containers. Need some inspo? Check out a few of our favorite poolside sips!

Pets: As much as we love pets, health codes prohibit them in the pool or on Pool/Spa decks.

Safety First: Walking, standing, or sitting on the waterfall ledge at Agora is strictly prohibited.

Behavior: Disruptive behaviors—like horseplay, splashing, diving, cursing, belligerence, or disrespect—are not allowed.

Accidents & Spills: Glass breakage, spills, or any incident affecting pool safety or chemical balance will result in immediate pool closure (and possible draining).

Noise Levels: Please keep music and conversations at a reasonable level as a courtesy to your neighbors.

Cleanliness: Be a thoughtful neighbor by cleaning up after yourself in the pool area.

Observe Rules: Please follow all posted signs and instructions.
Enforcement
The Collective Management, including guards and front desk staff, have full authority to enforce pool rules and all regulations outlined in your lease agreement or posted signage. We reserve the right to remove anyone creating a disturbance or violating rules at any time. If you witness a violation, report it to the guard on duty or contact Management at Management@TheCollectiveDC.com.
