Is The Collective a pet-friendly apartment community?

Yes, both cats and dogs are allowed at all three buildings of The Collective (Park Chelsea, Agora, and The Garrett).  However, there is 1 floor at Agora that is animal-free, floor 7; please mention this during your tour if you’d like more information.

How many pets are allowed per apartment?

There is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment at The Collective.

Are there any breed restrictions?

Yes, the following dog breeds (including any mix thereof) are not permitted to reside at or visit the Premises or Lessor’s property (“Restricted Breeds”):

Akita, American Bulldog, Anatolian Shepherd, Australian Cattledog, Beauceron, Belgian Shepherd, Bernese Mountain Dog, Black Russian Terrier, Cane Corso, Catahoula Leopard Dog, Chinese Shar-Pei, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogue de Bordeaux, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Husky, Jindo Dog, Kuvasz, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Tosa Inu, Wolf, Wolf-Dog Hybrid. The list of Restricted Breeds is subject to change by Lessor at any time without notice.

Is there a weight limit for pets?

Yes, there is a maximum weight of 75 lbs per pet.

What are the pet fees?

There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $500 per pet.  We do not, however, charge any additional pet rent or pet deposits.

Are there any pet services offered?

While not included in the cost of your rent, we do work with a preferred pet services vendor, Rover.  They offer everything from cat-sitting and dog-sitting to dog walks and bathroom break visits. Are there any pet amenities at The Collective?

Yes, Park Chelsea features a rooftop dog park with space to run and agility equipment, while Agora offers a rooftop dog run.  Park Chelsea also features a dog washroom, complete with washing and drying areas, as well as commercial laundry facilities, ideal for washing dog beds.  Residents of The Collective and their pets enjoy access to the amenities of both Park Chelsea and Agora.
