THE COLLECTIVE APARTMENTS

DC Apartments open for tours

The Collective Apartments is offering self-guided tours to all of our future residents.

During these uncertain times, it is more important than ever that we do our part as an apartment community to provide resources for our future residents to experience all of what The Collective has to offer in the safest way possible. For this reason, we are excited to introduce an in-person contact-free, “Self-guided” tour option for all of our future residents!

We understand that the traditional apartment tour isn’t possible right now, but that doesn’t mean your apartment selection requirements have changed. At The Collective Apartments, we understand that a virtual tour can only show you so much. As a future resident, sometimes it takes an in-person experience to make your final decision for your apartment home.

Our self-guided tour option will allow our future residents to tour their desired Collective apartment floor-plan without having to interact face to face with a leasing consultant.

Scheduling a date/time for your self-guided tour is very easy! There are a few steps that need to be followed to ensure you have a seamless journey through our community!

Below is a list of the steps you will need to follow to set up your Collective self-guided tour.

Setting up my Collective Self-Guided Tour

Here is how the process will work to make your touring experience at The Collective Apartments safe and enjoyable for you and our staff.

  • Schedule your tour with our leasing agent by calling: (844) 704-8261
  • When you arrive at the property for your scheduled visit, proceed to the leasing center at 880 New Jersey Ave SE.
  • An envelope with an access fob for the elevator and a key to the apartment will be waiting for you in the leasing center with your name on it.
  • Next to the envelope will be a plastic baggie. Please leave your government id in the baggie.
  • Our leasing agent will call you on your cell and guide you through the community.
  • When using the elevator, please use social distancing courtesies and wait until you can board alone.
  • Proceed to the apartment. The door will be marked with a tag for you.
  • You can begin your application online at https://www.rentcafe.com/apartments/dc/washington-/the-collective-1/default.aspx
  • Return the envelope to the leasing center and retrieve the baggie with your ID.
  • After you leave, we will wipe down the door handle, and apartment surfaces before the next tour.
  • We request that when coming to tour an apartment, you wear a mask both for your protection and that of our residents.

At The Collective, our prospects’ safety is our number one priority! We look forward to seeing everyone at The Collective if you have any questions before your tour, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
