The Collective Apartments Parking Policies & Pricing

When you live at The Collective, an abundance of convenient amenities opens up to you! This includes full access to our remote controlled, multi-level, fully enclosed, parking garage that is suitable for any type of car, truck, motorcycle, and even electric vehicle. Each parking location is VERY spacious, as well as individually assigned to each resident. This ensures that your parking spot will always be available to you no matter when you come home. Having some guest coming over for the weekend? No worries, residents can purchase daily parking passes at the 24-Hour concierge desk.

How do obtain a parking space? And how much are they per month?

During the apartment tour, you would simply express that you need parking and then a space will be assigned to you based on availability.  If you realize that you need a parking space after the tour, you resident can contact your leasing professional prior to generating the lease and then a space will be assigned. (All residents who obtain parking, must sign a parking addendum). Please note that parking spaces are available to reserve on a first come, first serve basis. Please check with your leasing consultant to verify current parking availability. All parking space are assigned. 

Why types of parking spaces do you offer?

The Collective offers standard spaces, electric spaces (with EV charging), motorcycle spaces, and tandem (Garrett only) parking spaces. Parking rates and availability vary based on the type of parking space. Please check with your leasing consultant for the most current availability and pricing.

Do I have to keep my parking spot for the entirety of my lease agreement?

 Absolutely not. You are welcome to give a 30-day notice for your parking spot–same as any rentable item.

How much is guest parking?

Want to enjoy the company of your family and friends without having to worry about where they’re going to park? We have you covered! Guest parking passes can be purchased by residents for just $20/Day – You simply need to go to the 24-Hour concierge desk to see if parking passes are available.

Can people who live in the same apartment share a parking space?

Yes, but each vehicle needs to be registered at the leasing office so that we can ensure there isn’t any confusion about the vehicle that is parked in the space. If a resident wants to have two vehicles in the parking garage, they will need to reserve an additional parking space.

How is the parking garage secured?

 The parking garage can only be accessed by residents and employees who have the garage remote/clicker.
