There’s nothing like a good workout to clear your mind and melt away stress and fat! Park Chelsea residents are encouraged to work out in our state of the art fitness center or work up a sweat in the onsite yoga studio. Enjoy on demand fitness classes in the yoga studio with workouts like p90x or your favorite yoga instructor!
Clear the Air
We’re lucky to enjoy smoke-free apartments at Park Chelsea, but why not take it a step further and invest in a house plant or two? Certain types such as money plants, peace lilies, ficus and snake plants are known to detoxify indoor air.
Make New Friends
New residents are moving into Park Chelsea all the time; why not make use of your great amenity spaces? You could reserve the Club Room and wow some friends from work or invite your animal-loving friend over for some laughs at the dog park.
Clean Up Your Act
…and your insides! One of our favorite ways to detox after the holidays or survive cold and flu season is with fresh, cold-pressed juices. Jrink is one of our favorites and they will deliver right to your doorstep. If juicing isn’t your style, head to the steam room to eliminate unhealthy toxins!
Treat Yourself
Living in DC, it can be easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle and we often forget to enjoy all the things we love about DC. Treat yourself to a show at the Kennedy Center, enjoy a fancy dinner with old friends or simply spend a Saturday moseying through a museum.
