As we get closer to opening, we want to share construction updates and give everyone an idea of just how awesome the apartments are at Park Chelsea! First up on the list are the studio apartment floor plans. There are a few different layouts for studio apartments and 2 different design schemes to choose from. Which one do you like best?
Even Floors
The even numbered floors of Park Chelsea will all feature a darker design scheme. The hardwood floors are River Boat Brown while the cabinets are Cherry Java. The Dulles White granite counter tops and Brunei Bianco backsplash pair perfectly with the stainless steel appliances, giving the apartment a very contemporary feel.
Odd Floors
The odd numbered floors are designed with a lighter color scheme with Boston Tea hardwood floors and Cherry Spice cabinets. The counter tops on the odd floors are Santa Cecilia coupled with a Vetro Bone backsplash. The light color scheme combined with the stainless steel appliances gives the apartment a sophisticated look.
Floor Plans
Park Chelsea offers 5 different layouts of the Studio apartments ranging from 440 Sq. Ft. up to 495 Sq. Ft. The largest layout comes with a balcony while a few of the units come with a walk-in closet, so each design offers something that sets it apart from the others.
