This Summer, Cap Riv is unleashing some amazing events that are guaranteed to offer up a summer you won’t soon forget.
Let’s take a deeper look into what Summer events are kicking off in Capitol Riverfront in the first month of Summer.
June 1st: Rosé All Day
Back for its second year, the highly anticipated “Rosé All Day” will kick off Saturday, June 1st with a day filled with all things pink! Come celebrate the arrival of summer with fun live music and multiple rosé bars activated by Capitol Riverfront’s hottest restaurants.
Attendees will participate in wine glass monogramming, posing for the perfectly pink Instagrammable moment, viewing fierce fashion sketches, and unwinding in a rose garden lounge with flower crowns. You won’t want to miss this fun and vibrant event.
June 7th: Friday Night Concerts
The Capitol Riverfront Friday Night Concert Series is back for its 9th Season. Every Friday night this summer, head to Yards Park to relax and enjoy the river view, fantastic bands, food, drinks, and a large variety of great restaurants within a walking distance of the park.
Family-friendly lyrics and grassy open space make this an enjoyable event for adults and kids alike.
June 12th: Kids in Canal
Kids in Canal is a free 12-week children’s series that brings in popular kid’s entertainers from magicians to musicians that keep the little ones engaged all summer. After spending a fun hour in the Middle Block of Canal Park, head over to the dancing water fountains for a refreshing splash!
June 13th: Outdoor Movie Series Kick-Off
Watch the stars beneath the Cap Riv stars June-August in Canal Park. The movies start at sundown but attendees are welcome to bring a picnic and grab a spot on the lawn as early as 7:00 pm.
