We know that a variety of inquiries can come up when living in an apartment community. Between move-in and move-out questions, maintenance requests, and general building information, it is hard to keep track of who to contact when you have a problem or questions arise. To make things easier for you, below is a contact list for who you should reach out to, and when. As always, great customer service is our top priority. Any of our teams are happy to help meet your needs, and contacting the appropriate team will ensure quicker service.

How To Contact Maintenance

  • We encourage everyone to enter maintenance requests through the Resident Portal.
  • In the event of any emergency maintenance requests (fire, water, A/C, etc.), please contact the Front Desk or the Leasing Office (during office hours).
    • If you feel the emergency is life-threatening, please contact 911 immediately.

Resident Events and Activities Inquiries

For information regarding our Resident Events and Activities:

  • The Collective Events Newsletter, which is sent via email on a weekly basis. The newsletter will include events at The Collective and in the neighborhood for the following week. RSVP links will be included in the newsletter the week prior to events requiring an RSVP.
  • Keep up-to-date with pop-up events by downloading our BuildingLink App for Apple or Android.
