Five Fun Facts About The Collective Rooftops
Living at The Collective, you have two rooftops that you can enjoy at any time, and that in itself is a treat! Luckily for you, it doesn’t just end there. Both the Park Chelsea and Agora rooftops have their own unique features, bringing you the ultimate rooftop experiences. Summer is here, which means the rooftops are in full swing! Below, we have listed out five of our favorite facts about The Collective rooftops so that you can fully enjoy them all summer long.
1. THE PARK CHELSEA ROOFTOP HAS A CATERING KITCHEN
Park Chelsea has a small-scale catering kitchen equipped with an ice and water dispenser, a full-sized refrigerator, cabinets, and a sink. The kitchen is located near the outdoor living room area on the rooftop. It can be entered through the doors to the right side of the big screen TV. Perfect for those hot summer days when you are in need of an ice and water refill!
2. THE AGORA ROOFTOP HAS 2 TV/LOUNGE AREAS
There are two big screen TVs on the roof at Agora, each with plenty of seating around it. One TV is in the Northwest Corner of the roof, the other is directly next to the Grilling Station.
3. BOTH AGORA AND PARK CHELSEA ROOFTOPS HAVE SHOWERS
We ask that all swimmers shower before entering the pool. For your convenience, showers are located within the restrooms adjacent to the pool area at both Park Chelsea and Agora. If you have any trouble locating the showers, the pool attendant is there to assist.
4. COLLECTIVELY, THERE ARE 4 GRILLING STATIONS AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME
For your convenience, there are four different grilling stations available for use at any time. Park Chelsea has two grilling stations with four grills total. One station faces North, overlooking the Capitol, the other faces South, right next to the rooftop dog park. Agora has two grilling stations with four grills total. One station is in the Northwest Corner, the other is by the Infinity Pool.
5. COLLECTIVELY, THERE ARE 5 ROOFTOP SPACES AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATIONS
While the pools are not available to reserve for private parties, there are five rooftop spaces that can be reserved. The roof at Park Chelsea has three spaces: North Facing (facing the Capitol), West Facing (under the canopy), and Southwest Corner (facing the river). The roof at Agora has two spaces: Northwest Corner and Southwest Corner.
