Agora Finish Package Options: 2 Color Schemes To Choose From In Your Apartment

As The Collective continues to expand, we’re excited to begin welcoming residents to Agora in early 2018!  Stay tuned for touring and leasing announcements in the coming weeks, but in the mean time, we wanted to share some photos and details about the 2 different finish package schemes Agora residents will have to choose from.  Take a look below, and be sure to check out our Agora FAQ to get you up to speed on what to expect of life at Agora and The Collective, then head to our floorplans page to begin perusing your options!

 

SCHEME A: EVEN FLOORS

A design scheme perfect for Navy Yard apartments: Wall Paint (light beige), Flooring (wood texture), Upper Cabinet Doors (white), Kitchen Countertops (speckled light beige), Backsplash (black with texture), Lower Cabinets (wood).

Scheme A can be found on the even numbered floors at Agora and features “Prarie Brown” wood-style flooring, lower kitchen cabinets in “Frati Ribbon Uno Medusa” and upper kitchen cabinets in a high-gloss white finish.  The kitchen will also feature “White North” polished Aspen Quartz countertops and “Smoked Pearl” glass-tiled backsplash.

SCHEME B: ODD FLOORS

A selection of materials for "Agora Scheme B - Odd Floors," including wall paint, flooring, upper cabinet doors, backsplash, kitchen countertops, and lower cabinets tailored for apartments in Navy Yard.

Scheme B can be found on the odd numbered floors at Agora and features “Maritime Gray” wood-style flooring, lower kitchen cabinets in “Frati Tortuga Uno Medusa” and upper kitchen cabinets in a high-gloss white finish.  The kitchen will also feature “Chrome” polished Aspen Quartz countertops and “Feather White” glass-tiled backsplash.
