Where is the leasing office located?

The Collective shares one central leasing center located at Park Chelsea (right next to Agora). From here, you can explore floorplan options, compare finish packages, and pick your new apartment.

The address for the Leasing Center is 880 New Jersey Ave SE, Washington, DC 20003.

Will I be able to tour all of The Collective (Agora, Park Chelsea, and Garrett) in one visit?

Yes. You can schedule an appointment to view everything. Keep in mind, our amenity package is very expansive; a full tour of both buildings will take longer than a standard apartment tour.

We recommend reviewing our available floorplans ahead of time to determine which apartment-style fits your needs best and to maximize your tour experience and time.

Is there an amenity fee?

Yes, there is a monthly amenity fee of $100 charged per apartment. Each phase of The Collective offers 24-hour concierge with package service, expansive rooftop amenities, as well as multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces which our residents take advantage of year-round.

Park Chelsea’s amenity package boasts an extensive fitness area comprised of a traditional cardio and strength training area, a yoga and barre studio with Fitness On-Demand, men’s and women’s locker rooms complete with steam rooms; and a 25-meter indoor lap pool.

Agora’s amenity package introduces an additional fitness area that includes circuit training equipment, a stretching/kickboxing studio, and a separate spin room. In addition, Agora is home to a demonstration kitchen and pizza oven, a huge resident lounge with pool table, shuffleboard and a player piano, as well as a golf simulator created by the same company that manufactures all of the official golf simulators for the PGA Tour.

The Garrett’s amenity package includes features never seen before in an apartment community. These include a full-size basketball court, outdoor tennis court, indoor racquetball court, rooftop hot tubs, outdoor and indoor fitness facilities, a resident co-working space, and more!

In addition to enjoying The Collective’s first-class amenity spaces, residents enjoy events that include everything from wine and cheese tastings to fitness raves. These events provide not only a fun time but also a chance to get to know your neighbors!
