Collectively We Thrive: The Best Dog Friendly Community in DC

We Strive To Be The Best Pet-Friendly Apartment Community in Washington DC

Earlier this year, we asked you, our residents, to share your stories about life at Park Chelsea at The Collective and how it allows you to thrive. Stories poured in about everything from entertaining and impressing guests on the rooftop and in your apartments to training for marathons and rehabilitating injuries in the fitness center, indoor pool, and steam rooms. We also heard several stories about your pets and how they are able to thrive here as well. It is our belief that calling The Collective home truly provides an opportunity for our residents and resident pets to thrive.

With several pet amenities throughout our buildings, The Collective is easily the best dog-friendly apartment community in DC.

The pet amenities at The Collective are unparalleled. At Park Chelsea, take advantage of the Rooftop Dog Run with space to run and agility equipment, and a Dog Washing Station with washing and drying areas and commercial laundry facilities. At Agora, enjoy the Rooftop Dog Park. As with all of The Collective, residents can utilize the pet amenities at both buildings. The pet perks don’t end here. We have partnered with a preferred pet services vendor, Rover, and they offer everything from cat-sitting and dog-sitting to dog walks and bathroom break visits.

Pet residents at The Collective have plenty of opportunities to thrive outside of their home as well. The Capitol Riverfront neighborhood has several parks where dogs can socialize and play. Yards Park and Canal Park are minutes away from The Collective, and there is a new dog park underway directly across the street from Agora. The addition of the public dog park will give our pet residents another place to run around, play, and continue to live a healthy life.
