We welcome your furry friends!

  • In compliance with Washington, DC’s updated pet law: Pet rent is 1% of your monthly rent per dog.
  • For all other common household pets (e.g., cats, hamsters), the total pet rent is capped at 1%.
  • Max of two pets per apartment.
  • No pet deposits or upfront pet fees are charged.
  • This policy applies to new leases signed on or after October 1, 2025. Existing residents are not affected.

This previously underused area at the corner of New Jersey Ave and H Street SE has been transformed by WC Smith into a 3,000 square foot fenced-in dog park for the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood. While your pets play around the park, take a seat on one of the park benches and enjoy the views of “Shidahiku”, the new Anthony Howe kinetic sculpture that has been installed.
