Phase III: The Garrett

One community, three buildings. Are you ready for phase three? Construction on The Garrett is underway, and we are expecting the third building of The Collective community to be just as big of a hit as the first two. The Garrett will have studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments available for rent in 2020.

What to Expect at The Garrett

The Garrett will feature an industrial-chic design, with sportsplex-like amenities. In your apartment, think luxury rustic, with Mecho shades, barn doors, and open kitchen shelving. In your community, get ready for a full-size basketball court, indoor amphitheater, indoor green space, “collective-work” area, and much more. Staying true to The Collective theme, amenities at The Garrett can be accessed by all Collective residents, and all residents of The Garrett will be able to access the amenities at Park Chelsea and Agora.
